Improve your focus

Would you like to rebuild your attention span and be more actively and intently focussed? Are you easily distracted?

Unresolved conflicts cause our brain to be in multiple places at the same time, so it’s small wonder we find it hard to concentrate sometimes. Conflicts are tiring: we try to make intellectual sense of everything, even emotional issues that are hard to rationalise. We often suppress inner conflicts but they bubble away just beyond our awareness causing distraction, boredom, numbness or background frustration.

Academics from the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Science at Stamford University (1) have shown with MRI scan analysis that hypnosis shifts neural activity in ways that improve our focus and enhance our emotional and somatic control.

Hypnosis helps us to discover our true selves. As self awareness increases, we get back on our own side, let go of our ego, and allow welcome relief to ease our inner conflicts. Our composure improves, and we are free to focus.
