Fear is anxiety about the future; it’s not occurring now. So fear is unsolvable: you can’t intellectualise it away. Just knowing that can be freeing because it leads to the conclusion that you must do something other than mental preparation: you must act. Fears go away after you take a step forward, not just by preparing to take a step forward. If you want to bust your fears right open, look at these tips.
