What’s the point of therapy?
To get back on track – and out of therapy. To resolve hurdles in your way, take a step forward on the journey of self-understanding, and progress once again down your golden path. Therapy’s role is to help you find or regain the skills and confidence to handle whatever comes your way.
In this video, I will talk about becoming your own therapist by gaining the tools, the mindset and the willingness to deal with whatever life brings you, confident that you know yourself better than anyone else. I’m referring to any therapy, even though I talk from the perspective of the one I know best, hypnotherapy.
